Daniel Batten (b. 1988) is a visual artist and photographer, working in the medium of analog photography.  His portraiture and landscapes are an intimate view into life through his eyes, often shooting the friends, people, and places that fill his life. Batten’s work is steeped in a sense of nostalgia and intimacy accentuated by the film medium in which he shoots. Growing up in New Zealand before moving to New York in 2013, Batten’s work often explores the dichotomy of the natural world versus the manmade, searching for connections between the two in shape, form, texture and human presence.

Daniel has had a long career as a creative, helping to build and launch brands - building out their content identities and ecosystems. He is currently leading the content studio and Hims & Hers.
